Hotel was clean but bed was sinking in. Hotel is pet friendly but quests seemed surprised to see them. loved thw fact they had a court yard for the dogs to run leash free. Breakfast was good but unfortunately the oool went down while we were there and staff didn’t seem to care. I picked this hotel for the pool. Should have stayed somewhere cheaper. disappointed

our family of 4 just stay for 1 night. the room is bigger than what we expect. Only 1 thing we don't like is the bed too soft. **free breakfast. but very less choices. The coffee is pretty good. suggest to try flat white coffee, nice!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff. We left a small bag containing valuable souvenirs at the hotel. When my husband called to inquire about it, the staff confirmed that the bag was in their possession and that they would keep it safe. However, when I called later, they denied having the bag and claimed they dispose of all lost items after a month. Additionally, they cut off the call on me. This inconsistency and lack of honesty are unacceptable. The staff's treatment was far from courteous or respectful. I would not recommend this hotel due to their poor handling of lost items and the unprofessional conduct of their employees.

It was overpriced staff 3 separate front desk personal during stay. Night person not so friendly day People better. Clean, comfortable bed but absolutely average stay. Continental breakfast ok could use improvement. Coffee machine 5 stars after you figure out how to use. Was there directions on how to use? If not should be posted near machine. Room for improvement on most levels

Very clean rooms, nice sized fridge even in a 2 queen. Breakfast was lacking and usually slow service as you couldnt serve yourself. Some items would be gone by 8am. Room was available before normal check in and staff were helpful and polite. Pool was heated and not overly chlorinated.

Property is older and room had a strong bleach / chlorine / musty smell upon arrival. Fairly clean, other guests left several empty alcohol cans and trash in the corridor which was unpleasant. Free Breakfast was better than some hotels, eggs were freshly made in front of you but took time and had to ask for them to be cooked well done. Overall, ok for a one night stay but could have been slightly less in price.

The little sign on the desk with the QR Code that needs to be scanned to get access to anything, should be bigger and more visible, and in a more prominent spot like in front of the TV, instead of on the desk where things get piled upon entry thus hiding the note. Could also use a small counter/shelf closer to the toilet for any required items. I was in an accessible room and the countertop was too far away to reach and the floor is too far when sitting on the toilet. All the different soaps and the lotion is citrus scented. I'm not a fan of food smelling products. I prefer to smell fresh and clean or fragrance free.
