This is a great hotel in a great location. It is a small, quaint town. We had a wonderful time in Palm Cove. The only downside was that the jacuzzi was warm, not hot. For some reason, the jacuzzi and pool attached to it were heated to the same temperature. The hotel is right on the beach and the views are spectacular. One small note is that a sign informs visitors that swimming is not allowed from November to May (jelly fish).
Very nice hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful providing recommendations for nearby activities and restaurants. We also enjoyed an excellent breakfast at the hotel's cafe.
This is an excellent location. Minutes from the marina, aquarium (well worth the visit) and shopping. There are a lot of great upgrades and this is very clean. The staff was ultra friendly and could not have been more accommodating. This is truly a mom and pop 5 star hotel, and make sure you engage with Peter. You will feel the pride and caring he has in his hotel.
Great room. Great location. Liked that a tiurist office was in front of the hotel. Typically book ourselves online but this was helpful to find the perfdct trip out to the reef. Highly recommend. The onky thing we didnt like was expecting to use the same bath towels for up to a week or pay $4 per person.
My entire experience was exceptional. I went to the desk the first morning with a huge wish list of things I wanted to do and see, all in my four day visit. Within an hour they had all of my wishes met along with vouchers and itineraries. The location was perfect and the staff was amazing. This was my finale of a 40 day trip to the South Pacific and Australia
Unfortunately, my last morning there, I woke up really sick with a virus. The staff was so patient with me while I tried to pack for...
Felt very welcome, room clean and spacious. They were having roofing work carried out while we were there which started early but wasn’t an inconvenience. Pub/restaurant right next door was useful but we didn’t use it.
We had a two bedroom apartment with a wonderful view, wish we had more than one night stay there. Only down part was the second receptionist we encountered, she did not have a great command of the English language and was not very helpful when we were asking for things to do in the area. We figured it out on our own but it would have been nice to have some help!
