I had a red eye flight business trip and arrived early. I asked if I can check in and they made it happen, that is as far as it went well.
On pictures hotel looks nice clean, upon arrival and picture not shown hotel is run down, old, paint peeling dirty. I checked into first room; couldn't get in key card didn't work, door handle broken. Went down stairs, informed them and was moved to another room. I got in to second room, toilet was running so i figured i let front desk know. Well phone isn't working in room. I was tired went to sleep, upon me leaving room informed house keeping and front desk of issue. Returned after few hours toilet still not working. Went to front desk and I get informed oh, maintenance didn't get to it as they left early. No courtesy of this, had to use lobby toilet. Receptionist was like well you can't use toilet what do you want? Informed her to fix it I am not going to be coming down every time i need to use bathroom. Changed my room again, room was dirty as not recently vacuum passed and no hair dryer, people in near rooms noisy, at this point i just needed to get it over with. I have stayed at other La Quinta hotels which is why I chose this one... but next time won't let that affect my decision.
Worst stay ever... didn't sleep well...
