I enjoyed my stay, very quiet, rooms seem to be sound proof. Very friendly, an welcoming staff. Amazing pool could be a little warmer but otherwise great. The restaurant, an bar is expensive, but worth every penny. It was a pleasure stay at the marriott looking forward to booking my next room with them. ☺️☺️☺️

We don't splurge on Hotels, (I have NEVER stayed in a four star hotel) but we decided to spoil ourselves. We have decided that if we get back to the Columbus area, this is where we will stay if possible. The staff were very accommodating, the common areas of the hotel were very nice and clean,the bathroom was very clean, and we loved the shower, the room was VERY clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The only negatives I have are, the parking lot entrance is very dark, and neither my husband or I were fans of the sliding glass door for the bathroom. But as stated above, we will book a room here again.

The hotel itself was very nice, however the staff was rude at check-in and when we got to our room it was supposed to be a king room and it was twin. When I called the front desk the same rude lady told me that when all the king rooms are taken they downgrade, how is that even possible? I booked a king room a week prior to our arrival. We made the best of it anyway and had a good visit to Columbus!

No hot water. Very tiny fridge didn't even work, coffee machine was dirty, front desk clerk was texting while i was trying to talk to her face to face. But the thing that was worst is that toilet seat was totally broken - couldn't even sit on it. I checked in late and left immediately to have dinner. When i came back and realized the condition of toilet seat maitenance was gone and my kid was asleep, so couldn't be repaired nor change the room. Here is the real problem though in morning when I complained and showed pictures to the front desk manager, she almost accused me it was my fault i didn't notice it right away. Well I stayed for 1 night so i shouldn't be expected as guest to inspect my hotel room, and then notify front desk and then waste my time waiting for maintenance. I do not work for Mariott. I want to stay in a hotel where everything is decent so i dont waste my time for your own repairs. Mariott always had high standards for customer service and satisfaction, but i guess that is a thing of the past. It is unacceptable front desk to text while talking to a guest, not to even to make eye contact. Totally disappointing experience.
