A nice hidden gem that was perfect for us as first-time visitors to Cabo. Staff was incredibly helpful and nice, rooms were spacious and clean, location was great for walking around and exploring, property was relatively quiet and the secure entrance was also nice. Totally loved staying here, the staffs were very helpful and the property was neat ! José did a great job in answering all our questions he’s a great asset to the company. Very quiet and cozy place. Though the streets look kind of different from the building it’s totally safe! Will recommend and will definitely stay here whenever i visit Cabo again!

I would totally recommended staying here, the staff were very helpful, followed up even when o was kind of finding it difficult navigating from the airport. Their response was prompt as well, the room are well maintained and neat! Not the best neighborhood but not to worry you’re very safe ! A 9/10 overall for me !!

Walking distance from the marina & the médano beach.The room was clean & helpful staff. The only down for us was the noise filtered in the rooms. The had earplugs but the music in the street in the early morning was so loud

While the staff and facilities were excellent. The neighborhood is still developing and has many barking dogs and local neighbors who can get noisy. We felt safe and the area and it was close to restaurants. it was easy to get a Uber or taxi

This place is amazing. Aesthetically and amenities. The front desk gentleman his name starts with an Recindo, I think he name was, was so helpful and even texted me and allowed me to leave my bags at front desk 5 hrs before check in time. That alone Saved me a lot of headache. Also informative about where to eat and what to do. He is awesome and so is this place 5 star treatment and just a few blocks from the entire Cabo Main Street, Marina and beaches!!! Definitely recommend and definitely coming back. Thank you For the hospitality!

This minimalist, eco-friendly stay—just as good for a vacation—is perfect for anyone who needs a reasonably priced space that accommodates remote work with amenities. They have great wifi to work on, a nice kitchen area for when you want to eat in/cook your meals, and a spacious bathroom. Hotel Casa Palo Verde is especially perfect for those who prefer travel for a local experience than to stay cooped up in a resort. The lodging is well-located for foodies, shoppers, and those who enjoy city walks. Accessibility note: there are no elevators so this isn’t a wheelchair accessible property. The staff is helpful and kind. They’ll arrange airport pickup and drop off and provide a few activities to consider. I plan to lodge here again!
