Stay Experience
Overall, hotel is very good. Particularly
I liked the shower which had good water pressure. The room temperature was also comfortable. People are courteous and kind. The restaurant Cameria says All Daylong Serves, but actually Not.

Classy Japanese otemonashi place. Very thoughtful staff any seasoned service personnel. I stayed at the nearby grand Hyatt for a week before and thought this hotel Okura was by far superior to Hyatt’s at 1/2 the price. Family mart is around the corner. I would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast is also solid.

Fukuoka stay
Nicely located hotel within easy walking distance of shopping and restaurants. Very pleasant staff with a high level of service. We especially would like to thank Marek who went out of his way to assist us with sightseeing recommendations and just made us feel very welcome.
We selected this hotel based on reviews on hotels.com and were not disappointed. Breakfast is done to a high standard. Yes the rooms are beginning to show their age and the beds may be a little hard for some but very clean.

High extra daily rate for gym and pool per guest
The hotel charges a lot per guest per day for use of the pool and gym despite being twice the price of other hotels in the area, which was disappointing. The service and the staff were fabulous. Although, the rooms need a refresh and the bedding could have been cleaner.

This is a nice hotel however the beds were way too hard for us. We have never had such hard mattresses and it did effect our sleep. It would be nice if the hotel had mattress toppers for people who prefer a softer mattress.
