Business traveller. OVO never again
I was not sent the access codes to enter the building prior to my arrival. I called OVO for assistance and it went through to a generic telephone service provider, who at the end of the call said he will send the details to the team to send me codes. At this point I thought I need to get another room arranged. Hotels.com only had a virtual assistant who was useless, just kept resending the booking confirmation. It’s the next day and I STILL HAVEN’T RECIEVED ACCESS CODES. The level of care provided by Hotels.com and OVO were both useless at night.

The friendly atmosphere the staff give. The fact they are always happy to help when someone has a query. The downstairs stairs seating as well as the rooms I stayed in are neat, clean and tidy. I would stay again as it's great value for money.

Avoid unless you are desperate for a cheap room
Completed all pre-check in forms which were requested in order to get the access code, but the codes didn't populate. No number to call the hotel provided on hotels.com. When I got to the hotel I had to wait around for some guy to go get the codes and write it on a scrap piece of paper. Room was FREEZING as the radiator was not sufficient to heat the room. Mould EVERYWHERE in the bathroom - even the power sockets were loose and nearly falling out the wall - a real slum landlord property.
