I spent most of my time in the hotel for an event . Everything was great. One little detail that i wish i new was tbe parking situation. Their self parking was not working, I asked where i can park and the gentlemen near the elevators told me that i can park on a parking lot that was next to the building. It was $50 per day for over night. Valet was $45. If the gentleman had explained it to me i would have left my car in valet. I wish i had done more while in Miami but i didnt have a chance. I will go back for pleasure.

Not worth it
From the beginning at the checking in we were told our ticket includes breakfast. Next morning we found out it was not. Only after lengthy and frustrating conversation were we able to get a breakfast voucher as a “courtesy”!!! What a joke. At night horrible sound insulation let AC roof units noise go through the walls to the room. Basic amenities such as big body towels were missing. Service staff were not friendly at all.
