Staff were very friendly and courteous. They greet you whenever they see you, with a smile too. Everything was great about this hotel, from comfortable beds to delicious breakfast and late night snacks. We would recommend this hotel to everyone, and we would definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Tainan.

首先，房間本身跟提供的食物都蠻令人滿意的。唯一希望飯店櫃台人員可以改善一下服務態度及基本應對。 1. 入住當天下午飯店“按SOP”來電詢問到達的時間 — 這已是不必要的麻煩了，客人本來就該在入住時間內check in，若非超過入住時間，客人並沒有責任義務向飯店報備，而且人出門在外行程本來就有各種改變的可能，之所以選擇飯店而不選民宿就是希望享受不必過多聯絡又更有彈性的模式。再說，我們真的很疑惑，到底對一家飯店來說，客人晚上7點還是8點入住有差嗎？ 2. 來電的人員態度不專業 — 客人接起來時已明確告知當下不方便講話，飯店人員卻無法理解對方可能在工作/開會，並bluntly回一句：「那是幾點呢？」非得立即逼出答案，不可思議。 3. Check out時慢了幾分鐘，準備下樓時櫃檯人員就打電話到房間提醒，這是非常能理解的。但是，電話接起來時並沒有打招呼，只丟出一句「已經超過退房時間了」，沒有一句「你好、謝謝」，聽起來就像打來責備客人的。 也許這只是個別員工的問題，但是請飯店好好培訓，並且考慮是否必須每次打來問入住時間。幫別人預訂住宿，結果對方體驗欠佳，讓人失望。
