Beautiful apartment in Florence
We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment right in centre of Florence. Very convenient to walk to all the dining, tourist areas and attractions. The apartment was beautifully set up and perfect for our needs. The staff were all very helpful, keeping us updated prior to ensure someone was there to meet us.

Kairos by Florence Art Apartments is an exceptional property and the host has thought of everything and is in an ideal location! The apartments are beautiful, well maintained, and has every need. Several delicious restaurants and groceries close by. We were able to walk to all our desired locations. They even offer luggage storage after you checkout. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Pros: Very modern and good location. Host was very helpful and kind. Washer and dryer for clothes was very useful. Cons: A little noisy, since in the heart of Florence, which is expected. We had a one bedroom apartment, if you are more than 2 people, you'll have to use the sofa bed, which is not very comfortable, and makes the apartment very small/constricted. General info: no room cleaning/room service, since not a hotel.

Great location, easy walking distance to main sites in Florence. Close parking (if you're driving) and easy to get to especially if you plan to drive around. Room was clean and recently renovated with everything you need to feel comfortable. We were a family of 3 and there was plenty of space. Easy check in and check out. Being a frequent traveler and owning our own vacation property, we pay particular attention to detail of the places we stay. This property far exceeded our expectations and our hopes. Wow, just wow. This place was simply amazing. Silvia the manager was so accommodating and nice to work with. The rooms were this amazing blend of old construction and new art. Super clean, and surprisingly very large rooms. We had a ton of space to spread out. Also the best gelato in Italy is across the street. Thanks

Fabulous and convenient apt in Florence!
Everything was great! Apartment was a lovely modern two bedroom with two baths and kitchen with dishwasher and w/d with a balcony. It had a king bed. (Rate in Europe) and twins in the other room which is better for our sons. The concierge (Herman) was super nice and helpful in teaching me how to use the Italian appliances and also gave me a cheat sheet. Another great thing was the location. Very convenient to Uffizi, restaurants, duomo, palazzo vecchio and great restaurants etc! Highly recommend.
