The property was in an area that was central to various sites but difficult to reach. It was on the street and so the noise level (people talking, cars, clanking etc.) was very high. The check in was a little difficult because the link they sent did not work and finally I had to log onto a computer to access the link. This resulted in a very delayed registration for the property. The host was very polite and helpful. We were reaching the property very late and they made sure that we were able to get in. The host also accommodated our request for late check out which really helped with our flight schedule. Truly appreciated the flexibility and accommodating our requests.

Fantastic apartment in an excellent location, very clean, all newly refurbished and well equipped. Excellent communication with the owner, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and to facilitate things like leaving bags. I'll be back!

Overall a nice spot
Overall a nice property. Great location near between grand via and puerta del sol. The property was clean and looked just like the photos. My only complaints are relatively minor. The toilet tissue holder was broken and the shower drained slow. Also. There is a theater across the street that I guess doubles as a night club of some sort. So one night when the venue was open it was pretty loud outside until around 3am. But that was only on one of the 3 nights we stayed there.

Lindo, quase perfeito. Porém com muito barulho.
No início tivemos muita dificuldade para falar com o anfitrião. O fone cadastrado no email estava fora de serviço e não responderam nada nas mensagens. Tive que falar com o serviço de atendimento da Hotels.com para conseguir outros fones e finalmente consegui falar. O atendimento foi bom e conseguimos nosso acesso ao apto (senhas). O apartamento é lindo, novíssimo e tudo é muito bom, porém fica em frente à uma boite e ela funciona todas as noites. O barulho é enorme, a noite toda até 5:30am. Para quem consegue dormir com barulho, recomendo. Para quem não consegue dormir com barulho (muito), não serve. A localização é excelente.
