Best of the Extenda Stays
Ive stayed at most of the extenda stays in the phx area. This is my favorite. Great location, clean, affordable, and a staff that are pleasant and professional.

Meh
Close to everything we wanted to check out, but we had a broken shower and had to find other places to wash up. Very spacious but not very clean, carpets were not vacuumed We were told we'd be partially refunded but haven't seen anything yet. Would recommend for a quick, affordable trip but definitely make sure to check the room out before purchasing anything

One night too many
We used the pull out mattress and it looked like it was run over by a truck. On the main bed there were burn holes in blankets. Really??

Do not stay here
Awful experience would never stay here or recommend anyone to stay here. First our room that was reserved was given away and the room that I was given was dirty and had cockroaches in the room.

Dogs barking constantly, no daily service unless you paid extra, very poor condition. The hotel needs a complete remodeling. Horrible furniture.

Good enough for one day stay, trust
Checking in was easy, the staff were friendly. But the room was filled with nasty old stains. The seating chairs, pull out bed, the bed and the bed sheets. Not only they were stained, the whole room was smelly and the bed was lumpy. The toilet seat was broken and the residents there, were arguing in the hallways. But the a/c was working well.

Rundown Downtown Hotel
Very dated, run down property. The mattress was old and lumpy, the shower had no shampoo, the room was old and felt dirty. I slept with my clothes on. I get the feeling that this extended stay hotel is the last stop before you are homeless. The only positive was my check-in, very friendly girl. But other than that, will never go back.

Don't do it.
The staff seem unhappy and reluctant to help, sometimes they weren't around at all. The water fountain and bottle fill station didn't work and they seemed not to care. The room was dingy, with burn holes in the couch.
Elinor, 2-night trip

Nope
We needed a simple, no frills stay for an overnight. Everything smelled like stale cigarette smoke, the mattresses were disgusting and they were listed as queens but they were doubles. The entire hotel was just gross and the staff weren’t friendly at all.

I was unable to stay even though i made a reservation. My kids were sleepy and cranky and we had to find another place. Staff wasn't helpful or curious at all.👎👎

Hotel needs updating
Mold along bathroom tub, heavy staining in the carpet, broken fixtures, drapes wouldnt close, faucets didnt work. Going down the hall to our room there was this heavy fishy odor. The hallway smelled like a fish fry.

If you want a cheap, sketchy place to stay
This place was in rough shape. Clearly in a bad neighborhood. You could tell some of the doors had previously been kicked in. The floor in my room had a sticky substance on it and my shoes kept sticking to the floor in the kitchen area. The bathroom sink had hair in it, and the sofa had some sort of stain or goo all over it. The chair in the kitchen had food debris on it as well. The refrigerator had been vandalized, possibly with a key or a knife and had rusted on the front doors.

The staff was well informed, polite, courteous and right on top of our needs and questions. The room was clean and neat, warm and welcoming. We will be back.
Darrell, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The location of the hotel is a perfect distance from the Mayo Clinic, restaurants, and nite life. Unfortunately, the rooms can really use some upgrades. The beds are not very comfortable. The pillows are wore out and the furnishings are in bad shape. I hate that I have to request kitchenware when it should already be placed. It’s an inconvenience. Also, it would be nice to have a coffee maker with coffee, tea, warm drinks available to use without having to request it. It would make the room more welcoming and give customers a good reason to return.

Well i think it’s a great location. But I m sure the house the homeless or section 8 families there. Nothing wrong with that but it’s a bit noisy and they all seem to weed on the floor I stayed on 24 -7 you could smell it.
Daniel, 2-night trip

This Extended stay hotel is disgusting we when we were walking to the room is real bad somebody was smoking or something for sure that was not weed that was something worst to the point that we all got headaches and dizzy We were feeling like our buddies were getting numb. The room was not even clean. They have PVD hair on the floor and the tub. There was pee inside the tub as well we went downstairs to ask for another room. They told us that they were all booked and if we could just turn on the water, so all can the things go down the drain and they will give us a spray for the room not to smell. we just said no got out and we just decided to drive eight hours back home it just was a horrible experience.

Something Like a Circus or a Sewer
Filthy. Torn bedsheets and covers. Thought there was dried blood in the bathtub but it turned out to be rust. Sticky bathroom floor. I had to do some remote work but the "desk" chair had spaghetti stains on it. I took a towel from the bathroom to cover the chair...and the towel was wet, folded and sitting on top of the other towels. Sketchy neighborhood with sketchy hotel guests (?) hanging around the front entrance looking for action. This is the worst place we have ever stayed at.
