Overall stay was satisfactory. Room was great and comfortable. Trash was piled up a lot outside and was getting carried away by birds. There is also a guy in a handicapped van that has a tendency to harass people that park in “his spot”.

Safety & security questionable
Two exit/entrance doors were not latching or locking. When we told the front desk, we were told “it’s been that way for awhile.” They had very little concern. Several homeless people hanging around in the back…near the back door that wasn’t latching/locking.

Described as breakfast included. They had coffee and little individual wrapped chocolate muffins. (Horrible) Would expect at minimum yogurt, fruit, juice and some sort of protein. The place was decently clean obviously the normal marijauna smells like everywhere these days.

off very noisy road. Had very noisy neighbors 2 nights in a row because walls are very thin. Good location and access to restaurants and businesses. "Breakfast" the first day was coffee and a choice of 2 prepackaged chocolate muffins. 2nd day added packaged oatmeal and a few granola bar choices. NOT BREAKFAST!!

I was excited at how clean and roomy the rooms were. I was happy with the size of the kitchen and stove area. Once I had settled in I started realizing that there was nothing in the rooms. I had to ask for hangers, trash can, bowls plates, silverware, ice bucket, towels, pots pans everything I thought would already be in the rooms. I’m not sure how many times I went to the front desk to ask for things. I felt like I was inconveniencing the front desk. It was nice but staying in an empty room that states “everything you need to feel at home” is very deceptive. I even stayed there a second time hoping for a different experience and I was given a room after a long day that wasn’t clean.

Water not hot in the shower. The room was extremely clean. The TV didn't work. Which turned out to be okay. The front desk staff was amazing. The coffee was good. But I miss having coffee in the room because I've never stayed in an Extended Stay before. I would definitely stay there before but you need to make the water in the shower hotter. Please. There was something wrong with the satellite dish or whatever so hopefully that's been fixed.

Terrible! We were put into three different rooms due to things broken. 1st RM bathroom door did not close. 2nd RM big leak all over room. 3rd RM phone stopped working,TV off all night someone hit the satellite dish outside! When we came back to hotel after dinner, there were police all outside and in the lobby! We did see workmen there fixing stuff in lobby and vending area.
