I didn't like anything about the stay. I booked five rooms. After booking, I communicated with Red Roof several times before we arrived. I was assure that all of our rooms would be in the same building, on the same floor. Only to find out once we arrived that they sold two of our rooms. So myself and my club were scattered. And was basically told that it nothing that could be done, and wasn't offered any compensation. I asked if our reservation could be moved to another Red Roof, and was told that it couldn't because I had already paid for them over the phone. Which I later found out was not the policy. She told me had I not paid for them, then we would've been able to go somewhere else. Upon checking out the room, I discovered that they looked NOTHING like the fi e King suites I had reserved. The mattresses were nasty, there hols in the walls, smw fixtures were loose, the air conditioner in my room was so flirty, that I didn't even turn it on. And it was hot. Then I had company. I killed a roach on the back of the sink, and I witnessed two of them playing tag behind the refrigerator. And let's not talk about the surroundings. It looked like we booked at a MOTEL. People were actually living in those rooms. We witnessed one room that had six people in it, and more was climbing in and out the window. People were cooking in three on hotplates, and it smelled awful. This was by far the worst hotel that I've ever stayed in, and will never stay in again.
