We had a very good 4 nights stay. Easy enough digital check in, digital door access, aircon fan was ample, washing machine and basic amenities.

Cute safe space and the subway station is not too far at all! Theres also a tram line right by! Check in was easy with lift access if needed for the other floors. Laundry Mat is close by as well Perfect for two people if spreading out your luggage isnt a concern. Would totally book again!

The property was clean, modern and fulfilled all our needs. In a great location just few minutes walk from the centre of Susukino with a huge selection of restaurants, shops and entertainment, and only a bit further to the tranquil Nakajima Park. The 7-11 convenience store across the road was very useful to have, too! The owners were very attentive to requests and issues that arose during our stay. The only downsides were that there was significant noise from building work going on next door during our stay, and the aircon, whilst effective, was noisy too.

Good location

Easy check-in process. There is a Lawson and a 7-11 just few steps from the apartment. Mins away from Susukino station and all the main shopping areas are nearby. Suage soup curry is just 5 mins away. Would recommend this place for family with kids.

We loved staying here! The apartment was on its on floor so a huge sense of privacy. The skinny apartment building was a novelty too. Easy to check in and out with great instructions. Great location! We could walk and take trains everywhere to get around Sapporo. Apartment itself was great - spacious, clean, modern. For a family of 4. We loved staying here!

Property is very clean, quiet and safe. 711 is right on the corner street, restaurant is within walking distance in Susukino area, a bit far to Sapporo station but closer to subway station. Luckily we returned our rental car so we don't need parking 🅿️, otherwise they don't have parking space and pay parking across the building is expensive 1400 yen/night. Overall my family was happy with the stay. We will stay again next time 😊

We stayed as a family of four. The accommodation was clean, and it was comfortable to have two washstands and shower booths each. Also, the size of the refrigerator was large, and all kitchen items were prepared, so it was convenient. The accessibility was good in downtown Susukino and it was nice to be quiet because it was not too loud near the accommodation. Most of all, the host was very nice. One of us changed the schedule to arrive a day earlier, and the host responded really kindly. Thanks to you, I made great memories in Sapporo. ありがとうございました！

入住前收到訊息，說upgrade房間，到着時，也見到廳中有張雙人床，另外房間有張子母床，令空間欠差，不知道為何這樣設計，還是之前入住的擺設好，簡簡單單一張雙人床，廳有張枱兩張椅，令空間感十足。

整體舒服，設備齊全。這間旅館已入住多次，但最近入住發現屋內傢俬換了，空間感少了，感覺不太好舒服（像是不切實際），以前好好多，而且器皿煮食用具，以用多次變舊，希望戶主能替換。

本次預訂2人房，訂房過程、辦理入住、房間整體設備與舒適度都與預期相符，收費合理，是一間值得推薦的住宿。2人房位於一樓，唯一缺點是樓上的房客，每天晚上就會經常拖動椅子之類的物品發出尖銳的聲音，半夜用水聲，甚至大聲講話。隔音不好，怕吵的旅客需仔細評估是否合適。

잘 이용했습니다.

여행 일주일전에 예약해서 크게 기대는 하지 않았는데 정말 좋았습니다. 먼저 방이 생각보다 크고, 화장실도 컸습니다. 샤워부스도 두개나 있어요. 스스키노역이랑 가까운것도 정말 좋았습니다. 다만 체크인을 호텔 1층에서 태블릿 PC로 셀프로 하는데 인터넷 연결이 원활하지 않아 제 휴대폰으로 테더링해서 진행했습니다. 이부분만 빼고 정말 좋았던거같아요

스스키노역에서 두 블럭정도 떨어져 꽤 조용하고 교통 접근성이 좋음. 바로 앞에 편의점이 있어서 편함. 슬리퍼는 약간 냄새나서 교체가 필요. 그 외에 집안 모든 시설이 깨끗하고 큰 책상도 하나 있어서 업무에 지장이 없었음.

非常棒的民宿，入住時也很順利，沒有google評論上卡很久的事情發生~ 食：Seicomart和7-11就在附近，Lawson也有，非常方便。 衣：有洗衣機、洗衣乳、衣架等。晾衣空間可以再規劃一下，因為當衣服晾起來的時候，很容易擋住洗手台的使用跟廁所的進出。 住：空間大，很適合堆放紀念品和伴手禮，當初選擇民宿就是看上空間比飯店大很多。室內地毯，但盥洗區域地板冰涼，如果可以提供室內拖鞋會更完美。室內若可以再有幾張小桌子或茶几也會更好。密碼進出，免去磁扣和鑰匙。 行：從地鐵薄野站步行就可以了，完全沒用到室內電車。 整體而言是非常棒的民宿，值得推薦~

整體而言房間空間很舒適寬敞，而且提供了很多種椅子，大家可以各取所需。淋浴間有兩間，洗手台有兩個，適合多人使用。 惟部分設計有改善空間：例如沙發方向如果可以面對電視更好、冷氣只有一台但吹不進雙人床房（希望能有電風扇）、淋浴間需要各一個置物空間或籃子來放衣服。 這次入住時間是15:07，抵達房門口時有兩袋垃圾和吸塵器還沒收走，然而電梯和房門之間的空間很小，所以我們快要沒有空間出電梯，約15:40後出門才發現垃圾已經收走了。

子ども３人の５人家族で５階に泊まりました。room5 チェックインのときに建物入り口のタブレットで音声通話する必要があります。この呼び出しに数分がかかり、不安になりました。到着時間がいい加減だったのがいけなかったと思います。事前によくお伝えした方が良いです。 部屋は十分清潔でした。 建物入り口からエレベーター、部屋のドア前までは、すごくカビ臭かったです。 リビングにシングルがふたつ、別室にダブルがひとつあります。別室にはエアコンがありません。リビングを開け放して、洗面所も含め、涼しくしていました。 冷凍庫の霜が尋常でなかったです。物が十分入りませんでした。 風呂に追い焚き機能はありません。 家族が多いので洗濯機が助かりました（洗剤もあり）。乾燥機はありませんが、部屋干しで直ぐに乾きました。 TVにAmazon Fireスティックがささっていて、プライムビデオが見られました。 立地は市電資生館小学校前に近く、便利です。 カレコのカーシェアも近くにあり、助かりました。 味噌ラーメンの喜来登、夜パフェのななかま堂、夜のシゲパンなどに気軽に出掛けました。セコマも近くにあります。
