This website sent me to a hotel that was under renovation and not in service. I arrived at 11:30 pm. It took a half hour to reach a customer service person. And then another half hour for that person to Not reach the hotel! Because it wasn’t in service!!! Ridiculous!!!!

The only thing it offered was coffee and a muffin. If we had known that we would had chosen to pay $20 more to stay across the road at the comfort in.
