The hotel is out dated and the service is not great. The bath towels are very small and thin. We had laundry stains on the sheets and they gave us a fresh set, but told us we had to change the linens ourselves. The bed was uncomfortable. It was a disappointing stay.

Clean, comfortable, and friendly service. Central to good restaurants. Nice view of the marina and lake. Good breakfast and coffee. Lounge and comedy club available but didn’t use. Will definitely be back when coming to town for college events.

Its not the Ritz, but its the only place that I go to in Kenosha. Beautiful view of harbor. Close to a lot of nice activities. Place is clean with a full breakfast. Not the Taj Mahal, but definitely a 4.5 rating.

Other guest didn't clean their dog poop and you can't know then non guest who does it make the business untasteful being such a nice place. It's set in the right place and this makes it even moer enjoyable our stay was truly nice and we will return each time we come. Thanks for our fantastic stay

Trouble
We were there in Christmas Eve; checked in on-line—given key at front desk. We were in our room for about five minutes when there was knocking on the door of the next room—was walking out to take dog for walk and four officers were at next room—front desk had apparently called them—puzzled that they would place us in a room next to one where they were having trouble

Disappointed visit
when I arrived the first room had water in the tub and no heat. Then the 2nd room had no heat and manager couldn't get thermostat to work. Finally, the 3rd room had heat an was clean. However the staff at the desk were not very friendly. The room was not cleaned daily but I didn't know you had to request it. They never emptied the garbage ir brought clean towels. When checking out I did not get a receipt. The manager said it would come from Expedia. Never got it. I stayed at a Wyndham in Janesville and had no problems. But I will never stay here again.
