We were stuck in CLT airport when we miss our connection due to airport traffic so we had to stay over night in hotel.we got to airport very late and the lady at reception couldn’t have been kinder. This was a last-minute trip for me. I enjoyed my stay here. The front desk staff was delightful. They greeted me with a smile and that is where the majority of my rating comes from. Customer service goes a long way with me! The rooms were spacious and clean and the king-size bed was comfortable. It had all of the essentials for a last-minute trip. If I am traveling through again on a layover, I'd gladly select this hotel. Its proximity to the airport is also 5/5.

Awesome place
We stayed there overnight to catch our flight the next morning. We were able to leave our car there in their parking lot, which was wonderful. They drove us over to the airport when we arrived home we called them and they came and promptly picked us up and our driver was so so nice.
