Great hotel
Hotel was really good. Very modern , clean and really well designed. Obviously designed buy professional interior designer. Breakfast was a bit of a problem one day as they hot section was empty, a minor issue for us.Would rebook again when in Madrid

The location wasn’t very central and outside of the main areas in Madrid. Shower pressure was so hot and powerful that it was really difficult to have a shower. Air conditioning was set at 19 and not able to make the room cooler. Key card didn’t work properly on first evening and no water in the room. Would not recommend at all.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff was amazing! They greeted me with a smile and did not hesitate to provide recommendations for dining and commuting in the local area. The room was super comfortable and quiet, and the hotel was conveniently located to public transportation. What more can I ask for? I was a very happy customer. Good hotel at a reasonable price
We were looking for a nice hotel at the lower end of the price range and this fitted the bill perfectly. The hotel was very clean. Our room was spacious with good amenities. Please note that it is not in a tourist district but is close to a metro station
