Ileana was very helpful before we arrived, and Anna made our stay a true pleasure. This is a 4-room B&B near the Botanical Garden. The rooms are very clean and well-appointed, and there is no outside noise with the windows closed and the A/C on. It’s one flat in an old building, so you’ll hear some noise from neighboring rooms and apartments. And of course the airplanes that fly directly over Naples. The breakfast has a wide assortment of breads, pastries, cheese, meat, fruit, yogurt and some dry cereals. Anna is super helpful with restaurant recommendations and sightseeing advice. The nearest Metro (Piazza Cavour) is a 12-minute walk, but then you’re just one stop from the main train station. The neighborhood may look rough, but it felt perfectly safe to walk around until 10 PM, when there were fewer people on the street. We found several excellent restaurants nearby, including ‘a Figlia d’o Marenaro, Osteria Boni and Osteria Carmela (near Museo)
