Staff were friendly, good central location and breakfast good. Just an older hotel, were provided with one pool towel and one bath towel in room on arrival for 2, no hot water in hotel on last morning of stay, and then had charges on our account that didn’t belong to us but were then removed after discussion with staff. Maybe it is just the brand impression but just expected more from the name.

The property is in a good central location and is very nice in the public areas such as the lobby and restaurant. Unfortunately the rooms are getting very tired and dated and need a freshen up for sure. All the staff we came across were nice and friendly and helpful. The one thing i would recommend changing is with your breakfast package, you need to include 1 free barista coffee per person per breakfast, the automatic coffee machine puts out terrible coffee!
