My second time here. Old world building with lots of character. Nice room and very nice bathroom. The staff are friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast which I enjoyed and I will be happy to stay here again.

The location is perfect and the rooms were very clean. The only challenge was the smell coming from the shower. We just shut the bathroom door. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Lovely old colonial building close to the cathedral. It has lots of old world charm and character. The rooms surround an open air courtyard. While some of the courtyard lacked maintenance, it retained its old world charm and I loved it. The staff were friendly and gave me good advice and suggestions on local points of interest within walking distance. My room was very nice with a 32 inch TV and cable. The bathroom was one of the nicest I have seen in this price range. My room had breakfast included and it was great. Coffee, orange juice, fruit and in my case delicious Chilaquiles were all included. The area has lots of great shopping, plenty of restaurants and we found a great bar to hang out in. It seems to be quite a safe area in daytime hours though after dark there was still quite a crowd in the streets.

En general la atención del hotel fue buena. Fue terrible la comodidad de las camas, la limpieza de las sábanas y de la zona dónde las guardaban y la puerta tiene una cortina vieja y que deja entrar luz, además arriba de la puerta nisiquiera hay como cubrirla.

Quejas...
No me agrado que nos cobraran el servicio del sanitario, (aunque fuéramos huéspedes), ni siquiera había papel y el sanitario no estaba limpio. Otra situación, es que no nos dieron el desayuno que está anunciado en la página como incluido. En otra reservación que hizo mi familiar.. la forzaron a pagar la habitación en efectivo, porque no funcionaba su terminal, para el cobro con tarjeta.. eso me parece muy lamentable, porque después tuvimos que estar buscando un cajero. A mi me sugirieron lo mismo, pero no acepte e hicieron el cargo con la tarjeta hasta después. Si hubiera estado presente cuando mi familiar se registró... no hubiera permitido que pagará en efectivo.

Lo reservamos porque las fotos eran interesantes y estaba bien ubicado, sin embargo tuvimos muy mala experiencia: las fotos no correspondían a la realidad de las habitaciones, las dos habitaciones con un fuerte olor a drenaje, a pesar que el desayuno era incluido no lo hicieron valido, nunca salió agua caliente. El staff muy servicial y atento pero mucho que desear. Tuvimos que cancelar la segunda noche y cambiarnos de hotel
