Stayed here over the Halloween weekend and it was amazing! It’s in a nice spot where you can avoid traffic and they have valet, which are very helpful and friendly. Not worth the price
Went to Deep Ellum with friends to visit for a weekend. The hotel was located next to Deep Ellum making it an easy walk. Staff was friendly and overall the hotel was nice. My complaints were that the “heated” pool was not warm. Too cold to swim in and it was one of the factors to us choosing the hotel. The rooms were fine but the thermostat next to the bed had a horribly bright light that shined all light. We tried putting a shirt over it but it still showed through that. The curtains also didn’t reach the floor so if was pretty bright. Also, being near Deep Ellum it is expected to be louder due to clubs, but the train that comes through is super loud. I didn’t feel it was worth the price
