I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your Marriott property. Unfortunately, my experience was far below the standards I have come to expect from the Marriott brand as an AMEX card holder. I encountered multiple issues that significantly affected the quality of my stay, including:
1. Roach Infestation: I had multiple encounters with roaches, culminating in a particularly distressing moment when I found them crawling on my feet. They continued to appear and one crawled onto my pillow which I threw on the floor, covered with a trash can and had to call maintenance to remove. He was a caucasian heavy man with long hair please confirm. I also met with multiple housekeeping and engineers to rectify. This issue was exacerbating and presented medical challenges due to my respiratory symptoms (constant smell and visible mold) and now new onset anxiety (large roaches)
2. Inadequate Air Conditioning: Despite meeting with the engineer and two AC technicians, and even after replacing the thermostat, the room temperature was uncomfortably low at 59 degrees, with no ability to adjust it. These issues were exacerbated by the fact that staff appeared to be more focused on covering up the problems rather than resolving them.
