I stayed at SpringHill got 3 nights, the first night TV went out, they never fixed it, I prepaid the room through Expedia, they charged my debit card after the first night for the entire stay, had to wait till Monday to contact my bank. In the meantime, $610 less was in my account for the weekend. They offered no credit other than giving me 2,000 bonvoy points. Staff could really care less!
