One of the best hotels in Kraków. Stayed with my family and baby. As a gay family we were treated splendidly. I booked rooms for friends and my inlaws. Rooms were superb. Had a little bit of an issue with noise the one day and was annoyed with a rude receptionist but the fantastic Manageress Jana/ Yana stepped in apologised got an update on works done, offered a room change with upgrades. But as she managed to resolove problem we remained in our rooms. Breakfast staff were lovely to....

Very nice stay at HotelH15 Luxury Palace in Krakow. Both hotel service and breakfast arrangements were brilliant. However, it would be very nice if the staff used less 'heavy' perfume, as both my wife and I had a hard time entering the elevators right after it had been used by several of the staff members.
