Great location for the beach and walking around Tel Aviv! It is rather difficult to find since it is sandwiched between a parking garage and an upper deck and this is all part of an underpass of sorts. Hard to explain but you will get what I mean when you see it. When you see it from the outside you think to yourself "this is not what I booked." Luckily it was exactly what you see online once you get into the rooms. They are modern and clean which is clearly important. I was very satisfied with the rooms!
I do not spend much time in my room so the views are not important. Our room faced the roadway so not a great view. The other rooms faced the sea which some people might like if they are not going to be out at the beach.
Now the staff was hit and miss. When we checked in and checked out the young lady at the front desk was GREAT! She was easy to talk to and suggested places to buy snacks etc. She was kind enough to call the rental car company when our battery died in the garage.
Another girl that was working on the night shift was horrible! We walked in, she walks over from the sofa where she was watching TV, walks behind the desk and puts her palms up in the universal sign of "what do you want." One might think that perhaps she does not speak English, but she did. We were sorry to have disturbed her TV time. That was the only bad experience at this hotel.
I would gladly recommend this hotel! It is near the beach, car rental agencies, restaurants, bars, and shopping.
