Our favorite place in Farmington
The staff customer service was very accommodating, friendly and so pleasant. This will be our favorite place to stay in the future. The room was clean and comfortable beds. The bar didn't open and the poor is being renovated but that was the only downfall. Other than that this is a great place to stay

The staff was friendly and helpful. The elevator was out of service for part of the stay. Had to carry my luggage down the stairs from the 3rd floor. Per the staff, it appears that they've been having issues with the elevator for some time.

Despite the location, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of our stay. However, the elevator wasn't working the night we stayed, but we were given meal vouchers to accommodate our inconvenience. Overall, we would highly recommend Courtyard and stay again.

Service sucked
Upon arrival we got greeted very professionally and got checked in. We got in late around 8:30pm so I asked the front desk lady if the bar was still open. She said it was open and closed at 10pm, so I assumed we could have a drink after a long drive. We went to the bar at 8:45pm and greeted the bartender who didn’t greet us at all. We sat down and tried to order a drink and she refused to serve us and she said she was closed. We asked if we could order a drink and take it to our room and she denied that as well. So we weren’t able to order or have any service. We went back up to the front desk and told the lady about the situation and she said the bartender should have served us. But she was able to get two cold beers for us to take to our room, but I felt disappointed after that interaction.

Great hotel.
We have stayed in Farmington several times and i wish we'd always stayed here. This hotel is super clean and well maintained, the beds were comfy, the standard bathroom was really easy for me as a disabled person (no tub, enclosed shower), staff was friendly. Soundproofing is good because i never heard anyone even though it was pretty busy. There's a little cafe w/ a starbucks in the lobby and front desk staff or security all hours. You can walk to dennys or village inn but definitely get Taco Box for yummy food!
