Stay by united cemter
Close to United Center. Parking was sold out but they had us parking in the hospital parking lot a short walk from hotel and it was only $5 nice family area and bar. Will make this our go to hotel for anything at the united center.

Pros and cons
Great location for United Center and very clean/modern. However, the walls are paper thin. We couldn't sleep due to music and even talking in the room next to us. I let the front desk know and they just said, "they had heard that before".

With one notable exception, front desk service was slow and offered little info regarding surrounding services, etc. On the plus side the building appeared very clean and neat.

7 nights in THE city
Ironing board was broken and shower had other peoples’ hair in it. Other than that, it was in proper order for my trip.

Won't stay again.
There was a QR code to tip the room cleaner but the room was dusty in several places and shower floor grout was mildew colored in most of it so I did not tip. Breakfast was sad. No forks and there was a person wiping off spilled food with gloved hands, cream cheese but no bagels and random food in silverware holders. Mattress and pillows were not comfortable or soft. Whole building reeked of Marijuana so bad I had to stuff towels under the room door to sleep.
