Excellent and friendly
They were great to me at the front desk upon arrival. My check in was for 2:00 pm but I got there at 12 pm instead, since i miscalculated my scheduling trip to Chihuahua city, but the lady at the front desk was very understanding and cool about the whole thing and still gave me the key for my room. Other than that, everyone here is very courteous, rooms are very well kept, bathrooms are nice, beds are nice and super comfortable. On top of that, the Hampton Inn hotel here is located in an excellent part where you can appreciate the city and also be able to enjoy yourself during your stay. All in all, I fully recommend the Hampton Inn to anyone that’s visiting Chihuahua city.

Everything was good, Pool seem not to be maintained after a heavy rain storm, Breakfast it’s convenient and complete but I stay 4 days and breakfast was the same, chilaquiles every day I think this could be mixed a bit with something else, besides that I love it the facility, really clean. Some maintenance details could be improved on the room, like bath door paint was bad, glass door for closet it’s to big and looks too fragile and didn’t lock properly it keep opening itself. Employees are friendly and breakfast leafy attended seems that she loves what she does.
