Good hotel in the heart of Dubai
Well located hotel close to the financial center, the museum of the future and the metro. Spacious rooms. good bedding and linen. The buffet breakfast has a large selection of items and is of good quality. Overall good service with waiting staff except in the Zain lounge where the waiter was not very professional. The music noise coming from the ,usic of the terrace of Mr Nice Guy restaurant on the ground floor can be heard way past midnight.

Overall, the hotel was amazing. While the water pressure and breakfast buffet could have been better, the view from our room was beautiful (though not of burj khalifa) and the aesthetic in the hotel was great. However we did hear the music while trying to sleep at night despite bringing a portable sound machine.

Noise and condition.
The noise from the surrounding bars and nightclubs goes until about 4am - you can hear the bass thud and the music even at 43 floors above. Nightmare to sleep, even if earplugs. Hotel is ok, needs a re-furbishment. Reminds is of a 2990's Hilton property in Bamako actually. Spa is super unaccomodating! Some lovely staff however in exec lounge, housekeeping and front doors.
