Nice hidden gem.
Check in easy and quick. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Every interaction with staff was pleasant. Price is awesome. Just on the outskirts of Louisville metro, so no crime but close enough to everything. Thanks for having us, we'll definitely be back.

Horrible manager.
The manager is a horrible human. Was not allowed to check in. Says there was not a reservation under my name. Was already paid for through Hotels.com. manager was literally yelling at me on the phone. She is racist against gay white men. Never have i been treated like that. She needs to be fired. She is not fit to run a property or deal with the public

Stay was better this time, though property was without hot water for 36 hours. Manager is not friendly. Room was near elevator so was very noisy.

Nice room stinky attitude
The room was clean. Noise travels through the building though so with passing cars and people it can have a lot of ambient noise but it was otherwise very comfortable and I would stay here again if I felt welcome. But the attitude of staff at checkin was that we (whoever needed something at that moment) were either a bother or a danger to the office staff so we were made to queue outside in the cold while he processed people two at a time (slowly). Only after people aggressively complained and refused to comply did he seem to ease up on the rule. The $100 deposit for nightly guests is contrary to the posting on the hotel’s website that says $50 deposit for nightly and $100 for weekly. (The official RR website not Expedia or whoever’s description). In theory the authorization on my card will be reversed at checkout. We’ll see how that goes.

Sketchy place
My room was in a horrible state. Honestly don't know last time it was cleaned. Smell of marijuana through out the breezeways. I think it's full of homeless people, as soon as I walked outside my door a lady comes running up asking for food and a ride. I ended up leaving before dark.

Not at all what expected
I didn't stay for my stay here and ended up asking for a refund that was told to me I would get by the manager at the front desk and that was a week ago I was told I would receive my refund because I did not stay there. I can't get Anyone to answer the phone when I call to find out what is going on and why I haven't received the hundreds of dollars I spent on this room that was not at all what expected.i would really just like to get my money back now it's been long enough of a wait. Very disappointing..

This was the worst hotel ever, so much I didn't stay. They put me in three different rooms; the first one the stove top didn't work. The second round the key card wouldn't work with 3 different sets of key cards. The third room had no shower knob, the bed actually wobbled and had problems securing the door, had to practically slam the door to get the lock to catch. We left and did not stay.

Price over quality type.
First and foremost, there are only 2 people total that work there. The front office closes at 7 daily. They are not open on Sundays so there are no check-ins or extwnding the stay. Vut they will tale extra time, on the same computer that take payments kick you out. I had three different rooms. The first room didnt have any trash cans or a remote to the tv and also saw two roaches. Yhe se ond room didnt have a bathroom door, which infuriated my lady. The final room looked as though the linens havent been changed from the previous stay and. Didnt have a refridgerator. They brought 9ne from the previous room i was in. My feet were black from tue floor, which transferred to the bed. And the two employees will stalk the people staying in the hotel. 2 employees actually find the time to stalk the giests. There wasn’t any staff when I did need someone I had to hunt them down. I was there for 4 nights had to go hunt down trash cans and trash bags. 3 people staying all together and was told the limit amount of towels I could have were 2 and didn’t have any wash cloths! The bathtub was in horrible condition.
