I opted for a break from my usual five-star hotel due to a lack of suites with a king bed. The Best Western's courtyard looked perfect for my son to play, and with a tub and pool—essentials for my family on business trips—it seemed like a good choice.
Unfortunately, the hot tub and pool water were cold, and after reporting this, they said they would email the maintenance crew which I thought great. I then asked the next day if it had been fixed and the agent said yes, so we got my Son all ready to go just to find 2 out of order signs. Since I trusted the agents word, I went to check at the front desk if maybe these signs were left there by accident but sadly they weren't.
The hot tub ended up being out of order for half my stay which was incredibly disappointing as it is the main reason I booked the property and would have booked elsewhere had I known.
In review of other comments with the same concerns, it seems that the issues remain so while I don't write reviews due to lack of time, I thought I would give a heads-up to others in case they care about the hot tub and pool as much as I do.
Prior to this issue, everything was great but with the lacking amenities, the cost isn't justified as market rate for properties without a hot tub and pool is much less per night.
