The tent reminded us of a very low profile safari we went to in tanzania we are vegetarian so there was nothing we could eat at the temp restaurant that was open because of the rain the service was not very knowledgeable about anything and they recommended a horrible restaurant for dinner

Le hacen falta varias articulos en las habitaciones para estar cómodos. Ejemplo… para subir a mi habitación no había barandal en la escalera. No tenía closet y ganchos para colgar la ropa. El Hotel es espectacular, pero por el precio creo que se quedan muy cortos en el servicio al cliente. Ejemplo, mi esposo había pedido una botella de vino y llegamos más tarde de lo esperado y no se tomaron la molestia de reemplazar el agua por hielos nuevos. Nos tuvieron que cambiar de cuarto y la llave del lavabo estaba inservible, no pudieron repararla y nos tuvimos que cambiar de cuarto nuevamente al día siguiente.
