The property is close to many restaurants and things to do. The bad thing is it's too strict. You're not allowed to have guest that's not on your reservation. I felt like a prisoner

Thanks but no thanks
When I first checked in the front desk girl insisted I had not paid for the hotel yet only reserved I corrected her and showed her my receipt that said paid then she got on the phone and her manager also said I needed to pay then somehow they looked through another system and "oh yes its paid" but no sorry or anything I personally think that was so rude then whenever I'd walk by the front desk she'd be looking at her phone while talking to me. I complained about my room the toilet seat was loose/wrong size and shower only sprayed hot or cold nothing in between nothing was fixed. Good luck trying to have fun here they have lots of restrictions it felt like a trap its in a party zone but they're trying for the uppity family spot

Álvaro y Julián fueron muy amables y me ayudaron en todos los aspectos. Yo estaba viajando sola y ambos me ayudaron desde cargando mi maleta por las escaleras hasta ayudarme con direcciones y programación de tours. Excelente servicio y ubicación. Lets start before arriving the staff was always on top of everything, including that you have a safe and affordable transportation to arrive. The manager patracia was helpful with everything that I need, request or just ask for information. She aher staff (Elizabeth, Franklyn, Alvaro and Maria) was always kind and helpful. Definetetly next time when I come back, dont need to look where to stay. This is the place for me! Thanks guys for me my days better!

The front desk staff was friendly, however, the place is super small, noisy (as it is on top of a bar) and the rooms are EXTREMELY small. The pictures online make them seem much larger than they actually are. In addition, the cleaning staff would not change the sheets, give us extra shampoo or toilet paper.

Nice little hotel next to bars and restaurants
The rooms are small but comfortable, but the hotel can be loud and needs better soundproofing. If you are traveling by yourself or with family for vacation for fun then the hotel is perfect. I would not recommend if you need to take conference calls from your room as it sounds like you are sitting in the middle of the street.

Vil ikke anbefale Hotel Moet, første rommet vi fikk tildelt var rett over nabobaren som spilte musikk non stopp frem til 02:30 på natten. Vi fikk deretter bytte rom til et med en lekkende AC. Dusjen skifter også mellom veldig varmt og veldig kaldt vann. I tillegg er område ikke noe hyggelig sammenlignet med de andre hotellene og hostelene i El Poblado. De ansatte prøvde å hjelpe, men det hjalp dessverre lite når du ikke fikk sove eller dusje ordentlig.
