The first night wasn’t in a good room, second night they upgraded me to a better category but garden view, the hotel was newly refurbished I think but reception and breakfast hall wasn’t, customer service at the hotel was excellent , the weather was beautiful. Next time I will stay longer than two nights.

Amazing hotel in the heart of paris
It was fantastic! The staff were super friendly and they communicated through what’s app for all of our needs which made it super easy. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. They even upgraded us to a bigger room which was very kind of them. We will surely come back very soon.

We were given a completely different room than what we booked, there was no bath and in the pictures there was and we got a room on the roof, the ceiling was low and we got hit on the head!
