Meh to the Moxy
Overall, it was good. The staff was super friendly, but a bit overwhelmed. The lack of a closet in the room would have been a deal-breaker if I had known ahead of time. Ditto for no place to put clothes that can't be hung on a stupid rack. I don't like having to look at all of my clothes hanging there for my whole trip. That's just stupid. Also found out they only clean the room every 3 days. Would have liked to know that ahead of time. That also meant no clean towels unless I could hunt down a housekeeper. No ice machine anywhere. You have to go to the restaurant?? Also stupid. None of this ruined my vacation, but I probably won't go back or recommend this to anyone.

Extremely cramped rooms!!!
One of the major problems with our stay was simply how tight and small the rooms are. Our first night right after we checked in our shower was clogged and would not drain thankfully they had another room available to put us in. We noticed the areas around the bed were very filthy like they never get cleaned, we were disappointed to know that there wasn’t a shop open later in the day for essential item. Definitely will not stay here again as we traveled with multiple people. Not only was the room small but the mattresses are very uncomfortable as well. We booked this hotel with the expectation that they maintain the Marriott standards this is not the case.

The hotel has a good rooftop bar with hanging swings. But the rooms are way too small. There's No closet or place for your suitcases. Very cute and clean. Dont bring big suitcases!!

We had an excellent time. The rooms are small, yes, but we were barely in our room except to sleep. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Good size shower. All of the hotels amenities were excellent- pool area, snacks/dining, bars. And the staff were very positive and helpful.

Overall my experience in moxy was good the staff was very good and attentive. My only complain was room service never showed up to our room although we called. Definitely go to the Serena restaurant good food/drinks and a show.
Small lobby but really relaxing and not noisy

King bed bedroom was very small with no storage perfect for a couple, but not for a family hardly any space.

I surprised my boyfriend with a trip to Miami, stayed here at Moxy, and he loved it. At first I was very hesitant, and was actually considering other hotels because of the reviews I was reading, but honestly I feel like this hotel is underrated. It is so convenient and accessible, like my boyfriend enjoyed it because it was so close to everything. The amenities at the hotel were just beautiful, especially the rooftop pool. People complained about not having actual breakfast at the hotel but it wasn't a big deal considering how much food spots were nearby. Staff were very helpful and nice. Mind you I was reading reviews about people not having the things they requested for on time, but honestly they were so quick to have it done. Had amazing experience overall, considering this was my first time in Miami. Will definitely come back!
