Staff was great. The property is a bit run down and the pool was not very clean but a lot of people were swimming in it. The price was really great for 5 nights and we were happy with our choice in the end.

Personal con mala actitud. Hotel mal mantenido.
La mujer joven en la recepción era increíblemente poco profesional y adversarial, sin ninguna buena razón. Encienden la unidad de aire acondicionado vieja y mal mantenida con un control remoto y luego llevan el control remoto a la oficina, dejar a los huéspedes sin forma de controlar la temperatura en la habitación. Si tiene la opción de elegir otro hotel donde el personal tenga una actitud normal y hospitalaria hacia los huéspedes, hágase un favor y elija el otro hotel. Este cliente se ha alojado en miles de hoteles en diferentes países y nunca ha visto que el personal del hotel tenga una actitud tan poco profesional e inhóspita hacia los clientes que pagan. Esta revisión es publicada por alguien que es completamente razonable y lógico. La vida y los hoteles no son perfectos, pero ninguna persona razonable querría quedarse en un hotel con un personal con tan mal comportamiento. Elija cualquier otro hotel si hay uno disponible.

Mi estancia en El Tropicano
Es un hotel que a pesar de los años sigue siendo una buena opción para pasar unos días de vacaciones en Acapulco. Tiene cerca un centro comercial, está muy cerca de playas además al estar sobre la avenida principal la comunicación es muy fácil para ir a centros de atracción.
