Really lovely hotel, modern and clean. Not too far from the centre, could walk in in around 5-10 minutes. Lovely decor and spacious rooms. The only thing that let this place down was the price of the carpark and there was some staining on the bedroom carpet.

Stayed in disabled room. Comfortable & well designed bathroom. Possibly could do with additional grab rails in shower. When the room heating was inadequate hotel promptly provided additional heater. Hotel close to York city centre with ample carparking on site (£17/day). Would use again.

The staff were all lovely and the hotel was comfortable and clean. My only issue was our kettle tripped out electric. It was to be replaced but it wasn't and so tripped out again. I could not have a coffee or dry my hair cos electric was tripped. Also usb plugs by bed didn't work.
