We liked the balcony and we enjoyed the brunch at Bon Appetit, which is right next store. Enjoyed listening to live music from Bon Alletit on our balcony. Really nice new breakfast area with a lot of options.

Location, location
Located on the water and easy walking distance to the little town. The first night, we walked to Crown and Bull. The food was really good. Live music and not exactly what we hoped for but good. The next rainy afternoon, we easily walked to Bon Appetit. White tablecloths, filet mignon,piano music. Very good. The breakfast at the hotel was more than sufficient for us so we only needed the other meal. For the hotel, everyone VERY nice! Room clean and redone with vaulted ceiling on 2nd floor. Bathroom redone x for tile around tub itself. Plenty good enough for us. The town itself had enough for a day or two. We didn’t drive from the time we parked until we left.

Considering they are still in hurricane recovery / repair, it was a good stay. Had a 2nd floor room (looks like the lower level rooms took on water), so had to use the stairs as the elevator was not working. Its a nice place, nice area and the food just across the street was very good.
