I booked this property on behalf of a friend. When we checked in, the ID didn't work, we had problems entering the main door and using the lift. The studio was good size, that's why we booked it. To our horror, there were 2 aircons and only 1 is working, apparently PLUSH is aware and told us to turn on the fan!! The cooking area was dirty, though we have no plans to use it, it was uncomfortable just looking at the oil streaks on the hood. To make things worst, the service level was sub-standard by PLUSH. My friend was very upset and insist that I share her terrible experience. Frankly, it is my first time booking a stay with a local service provider, extremely disappointed. I should have just booked a hotel nearby, even though the room size may be smaller but at least we will have reliable services and proper comfortable room to stay.
