The room was nice/comfortable and the view was nice. Getting in and out was easy, nice location. Not letting someone access the gym until 7 or 7:30( I got 2 different answers from help line and front desk) is ridiculous and a waste. Everyone in finance in NYC has a 7:30 or 8am meeting. Change that to 5:00 AM please. Hiltons exercise rooms are 24/7.

The staff were amazing and super helpful throughout our stay. They make you feel so safe and welcome the minute you are there. We went in winter time but can see how this would appeal in the summer due to a rooftop area and pool. Rooms are huge and are equipped with everything you need.
