Hotel is a beautiful spot. Bath tubs, shower heads etc are a little old and dirty at this point, covered in hard water and could use a deep scrub.

Amazing Experience
While everything was great, we take our hat of to your servers who tool our meals to a higher and memorable level. Especially Jacob and Karen (Chilean server.

Great location and cozy room
It was an amazing stay at the buffalo mountain lodge. The fire place gave a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. It was excellent service overall. A family of deer welcomed us after we checked in. Staying at this lodge made our Banff trip more special. The bus stop is right across the road, which makes it easier to get around. Also we could walk to the town through the neighbourhoods nearby. My husband and I will definitely book this lodge again when we come back to Banff.

Relaxing getaway
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Buffalo Mountain Resort, and it was a truly memorable experience. The room was incredibly spacious, with the highlight being the fireplace in the bedroom—it made the space feel extra cozy and inviting. The bathroom was also fantastic, offering plenty of room for both of us to get ready comfortably. The on-site restaurant was a lovely addition, and while the food was good, I felt it could have used a bit more flavor to really stand out. However, the real star of the stay was the breathtaking view—it was absolutely stunning and added so much to the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this resort for a relaxing getaway!
