We have been to recanto 2 times already, and we loved the resort. Very comfy, spacious room, with minibar and nice bathroom. The food is expensive for its quality. Buffet is surprisingly good, wide range of food too. The outdoor thermal pool is huge, they rent you towels. Indoor poor is somewhat cold and dingy but its OK. There is a kids park ourside which is well equiped. I think the resort is awesome to visit w kids. Even if the resort is pricey, our first choice will always be recanto.

I was very impressed by the property and the staff. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. It looks like they have expansion plans to make the place even more amazing. The rooms were comfortable. The beds were very firm but I liked them. The air conditioning was very cold. The drinks were good and reasonably priced. They had adequate games. We enjoyed the bowling. Also the massage was well priced and very good. I would go back again and recommend to others.

O hotel é excelente. Muito confortável e muito bem cuidado. O café da manhã é muito diversificado. A piscina é uma delícia. O monitor adulto (Tio Nescau) é muito simpático e animado. Só o pessoal do bar da piscina que é muito rígido e não permite alterações nos drinks, mas ok. Super recomendo.

Minha estadia foi muito boa. Apartamento, limpeza, atendimento das camareiras e estrutura do hotel perfeitos. O restaurante é o atendimento nele também foram excelentes. O único ponto que precisa realmente melhorar é quanto a trilha musical da piscina. Precisa ser música para piscina que atenda a todos os gostos . Foi horrível ficar um dia na piscina escutando música sertaneja horrível, de péssimo gosto. Reclamamos para a recepção que disse que o dono do hotel é quem manda colocar a rádio que só tem esse estilo. Que pena!

Adoramos o resort. Super completo com 4 piscinas diferentes climatizadas e 1 aquecida. Perfeito para aproveitar em família. Refeições com variedade boa. Ficamos na ala nova mas a distância não foi ruim mas para famílias com crianças pequenas o ideal seria a ala mais antiga que fica tudo perto. Super recomendo!!!
