Booked this hotel again because of the ratings and we stayed here before when it was still new.. now our experience here was just terrible. Please don’t stay in room 426. Just do yourself a favor and get out of there immediately.. you will just hear loud slamming noises and it will vibrate the bed from the house keepers. They moved me to a new room but the housekeeper took away all my loose changes that I left on the nightstand back in the original room. Did not have a good sleep until the last night.. will never rebook here ever again.

This is my third time staying at Hilton Alpharetta, and this visit was especially delightful. Tricia at the concierge remembered me, even though it had been 9 months since my last stay. Her warm and genuine greeting was so meaningful, and it reassured me that I’ll continue to return and recommend this place to others. Additionally, the staff member in the lounge on the 8th floor (I didn’t catch her name) was incredibly kind and greeted me warmly every time. Honestly, they both deserve a raise! ❤️ Thank you for providing such wonderful hospitality—it truly makes a difference!
