Mi room no have A/C l’m asking my refund soon is possible
Carlos, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

It is important to note that Spanish speaking is essential or Google translate to interact with the staff. The room's carpet was dirty and stained with an odor. There was no fridge or microwave in the rooms so that should be noted. Washcloths are not available so bring your own. While the location is ideal for being in the city, the downside is the city noise will affect your sleep. Lastly the bed was so uncomfortable and hard, my hips are still complaining.
Stacey, 4-night trip

4/10 Fair

A very poor concept, only one cardboard cup in the room for coffee. One mini shampoo for 3 days of stay, an old burnt iron tied to a board, impossible to use.

2/10 Poor

Don’t stay here
The beds are hard as actual rocks. And the employees have no idea what to do about making you more comfortable because they are all like that. Also the noise outside the window is horrendous even on the 3rd floor.
Sydney, 3-night trip

4/10 Fair

Rooms with a lot of noise. The cleaning in the rooms is almost absent. Reception the 2nd and 3rd shift little organized. The included breakfast it's continental, but very poor and always the same: ( coffee, 1sandwiche, little slices of fruits, 1 glass of juice). Only 1 towel per person in the room. Good things: transportation close by, safe and central location.
guido, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

The customer service was not very good. The day I arrived the remote for the TV was not working, I went to the front desk to request another one and they never got one to me!
Maria, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

Terrible! The rooms doesn’t have air conditioner properly, the rooms are old and the worst part; the breakfast! Includes “continental breakfast “ I stayed there for 7 days, just 1 option, fruit, orange juice, coffe and sandwich, yes 7 days eating sandwich, they said that they offer buffet breakfast but its costs 180 mxn per person, and it’s awful too! The service is nice. But I won’t be stay there for my next trip.
Estefania, 7-night trip
