Everything good: Check-in, hotel staff, room cleanliness, shower.
The bad stuff: Hotel charges for breakfast. This was a simple breakfast buffet that most all other hotel chains (including Hilton Garden Inn) includes at no charge. Same eggs, same sausage links, same fruit medley, same bread choices, same orange juice, same oatmeal. $27 for two people! UNREAL!
They also charge for parking. I have paid for parking before at hotels, but they usually are in the city and the only parking is a parking deck. This parking was for a regular hotel parking lot that you see at all hotels. They did not ask if I had a car or any license plate. I wonder if they would have charged me if I had taken an Uber to the hotel. Or maybe I could have parked for free at the neighboring hotel.
I have never stayed at any Hilton Garden Inn and paid for breakfast or parking. I probably won’t be back.
