Excellent stay, despite being just an overnight. Nice room, all seemed new and very clean. Staff was very corteous and fun. Beds were very comfortable and the shower quite relaxing.

The hotel and stuff were excelente. The only down side is the taxi cost from the airport. We highly recommend using Ober in half the price.

It is far from the airport. But if you don’t want to pay hundreds for a bed, you go far. We took an Uber from the airport late night and went well. The staff were efficient and the bar open very late as we were parched. The room very clean and quiet. The restaurant was large and very clean with many options right until closing. A good stay

No properly functioning air conditioning, why the room was really hot. The hotel didn't even have a restaurant, the room lacked towels and toilet paper. Breakfast quite good.

Nice stay at this premier inn! Hotel is modern and clean and so are the rooms. Front desk people were not the most knowledgable people or spoke english that well so that was frustrating - also it was advertised that parking was free but paid 15Euros on site

The check in procedures are inconsistent. Like this time I had to prove it was myself and my two kids. And they asked again for my ID as proof of whom I was. Like was there someone else with the same name checking in and they needed to distinguish between them?

I booked 2 rooms at this property. The a/c in both my rooms was not working. They changed my room and the a/c in the new room as also broken. The a/c was broken in the lobby, bar, restaurant. It was 90 degrees inside my room and all areas of the hotel. There was a mosquito infestation inside and outside the property, we were sweating all night and couldnt sleep at all. The staff was extremely rude, the manager was absent throughout the stay. I demand my money back for the stay including parking charges due to the issues with the rooms. The rude staff names are ANNA, MARCO.

It was booked for one person and yet the room was given with two single beds rather than a double bed. The air conditioning system was broken and it was very hot and uncomfortable. The room was more like a sauna, the ventilation was awful.

Eigentlich hätte das Hotel volle Punktzahl verdient. Das Haus selbst, die Lobby, Hotelbar, Zimmer ist ausgezeichnet und die Lage als Flughafenhotel nicht zu beanstanden, als Hotel für einen Besuch in München finde ich es zu weit ab vom Schuss und im Ort Halbergmoos ist überhaupt nix los. Massiven Abzug gab es für das Personal und den Service, es waren zwar alle sehr nett aber auch heillos überfordert. Im Restaurant hat man uns 45 Minuten ignoriert (wir sind dann gegegangen) und auf dem Zimmer fehlten Handtücher, auf Nachfrage haben wir dann 3 kleine bekommen. Die Damen und Herren von der Rezeption sind gleichzeitig für die Bar zuständig, von der sie offenbar keine Ahnung hatten. Das konnte ich feststellen in dem man mich fragte, wie der von mir bestellte Merlot gemixt wird bzw. was da rein kommt. Schade.
