The experience of stay in Hilton Philadelphia at Penn's Landing was terrible. This hotel has got the worst cleanliness standard. The staffs at the reception were very rude, and their behaviors were very unprofessional and lack of trainings. Firstly during my check-in, I was given a room that was not ready. Somebody and his suitcases were found still in the room after I opened the door of the room. When I came to the reception and asked why this happened, the staff was just trying to find excuses. I asked her please listen to me, she then just stepped back and crossed her arms over the chest. Secondly during my stay, no one came to clean the room.
The facility in this hotel was also bad. There was no kettle in the room. Even when I asked the reception for a kettle, I was told that no kettle is provide in this hotel.
I will not use this hotel again, and would not recommend people to stay in this hotel.
