Decent but Disappointed in the Shower
The room itself and the building felt well taken care of and clean, but my issue with cleanliness, comfort, and condition was in the bath tub. The tub/shower was old and in the middle of the tub floor was a large bubbled up area with a hole in it. I had two 2 year olds with me who needed a bath, but i didnt feel comfortable bathing them with the tub in that condition. I didnt even feel comfortable standing in it for my shower. This alone made me feel like I will choose a different hotel in the future. I didnt think to take a picture, but it is very easily visible if you check the room.

Nice comfortable clean stay for a night while driving on I69. Bed was comfortable and nice pillows. I could hear highway noise but we had a noise maker so drowned everything out. Slept great.

I have no idea how this place has such high reviews. It is old, my bathroom was not clean, it is off a back road that is dark and isolate, there are signs warning about theft of valuables, I had to ring the bell to unlock after 10 PM, so I went to my room and double-locked the doors. The highway noise is quite loud and some truck came in at 3 AM and the entire building rattled- I literally wondered if there was an earthquake. Never again.

Spacious room. Accommodating staff. Good hours for check in and out. Breakfast was small but ON POINT. OJ was the best. Sausage, waffle/pancake maker, bagels, eggs, yogurt and a few other things. Will definitely stay again next time.
